How are digital products delivered?
Digital purchases are sent to the email used at checkout, usually within minutes. Allow up to one hour and check spam, junk, and promotions. See Delivery & Downloads for details.
How are physical products shipped?
When physical products are available, processing and delivery estimates appear on the product page or at checkout. Tracking is emailed when available.
How does coaching work?
Choose your offer on the Life Design Coaching page and follow its Calendly booking or package purchase instructions. Use the scheduling access supplied with a package purchase for included sessions. Complete the booking questions and check your appointment confirmation for meeting details.
Do I need an account?
No. Customer accounts are optional. You can complete checkout as a guest using a valid email address.
Can I order digital and physical items together?
Yes, when both formats are available. Digital items are delivered electronically. Physical items ship separately according to the displayed processing and delivery timeline.
